A Queer Visual History

Inspired by the rich history of graphic design
in the LGBTQ+ community, this papercraft
animation takes the viewer on a journey from
pre-Stonewall assertion of self and assimilatory
politics to the rage of the AIDS epidemic and
the increased visibility of a range of identities
today.

This was a really fun piece to put together, playing
with how the symbols and shapes could morph
into eachother.
