A bespoke animation created to advertise
Mosh Tots - a weekly event at Future Yard,
Birkenhead that introduces children to live
music in a safe and fun environment.
The figures are made with a wire frame and
then padded with foam balls to give a pudgy childlike look to them. The instruments were made from polymer clay.
The logo was made using cut paper and
animated by hand for a consistant feel.

To get to know the personalities of the children better I created a short that showed them interacting with eachother.
Timmy is a hyperactive young boy that didn’t quite fit in with the others. The two girls being older and more independent would play on their own with him but together they gang up on him when he tries to play and tickle him into submission. I drew on memories of my own childhood being one of 5 kids.
